Poems submitted by students at Sacred Heart Catholic School Danville, Virginia (These poems were written following an interactive performance on Friday, February 26, 2010) Different Addie Leigh Milam, 8th grade Everyone is different in their own unique and special ways, Why can’t people just understand, God made us differently and yet he loves us all the same, We are all to blame, We do not love everyone, That is okay. But we all deserve to be treated with RESPECT. Most of us do not know the word. You ask why, I can’t tell you why. Most of us choose not to listen or learn. Instead of hate why can’t people just tolerate. Everyone is different, everyone.
